Every motor undergoes a rigorous incoming inspection. We perform electrical testing, vibration analysis, and mechanical checks to identify the root cause of failure before work begins.

We use temperature-controlled burnout ovens to remove old insulation without damaging the lamination steel (core loss), ensuring the motor's efficiency remains intact.

Our technicians utilize computer-automated coil winding machines and premium Inverter Duty magnet wire to ensure exact turn counts and tighter coil spans.

We apply Class H insulation and utilize Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) with high-grade epoxy resin to void-free seal the windings against moisture, chemicals, and vibration.

Rotors and armatures are dynamically balanced in-house to ISO standards. This reduces vibration, extends bearing life, and ensures smooth operation at high speeds.

Completed motors undergo full-voltage test runs. We verify amps, volts, vibration levels, and temperature rise to guarantee performance prior to delivery.
